Digital Marketing for Law Firms
Most of the firms we work with came to us with the same complaint. They were spending money on marketing, something was happening, and nobody could tell them whether it was working.
Palms Media handles the whole chain — the website, the search rankings, the ad spend, the social presence and the review flow — so there is one team accountable for the outcome rather than four vendors each defending their own metric.
We work mostly with law firms: immigration, tax controversy, family, employment and personal injury practices across Texas, California, West Virginia and beyond. We also build for SaaS, healthcare and staffing companies, where the tactics differ less than you would expect.
What does not change is the standard. Know what a prospect is searching for, give them a reason to trust you within seconds of arriving, make contact effortless, and measure the result far enough down the chain to know what actually paid for itself.
What We Do
Four services, built to work together rather than in isolation.
Web design — sites structured around what your prospects search for, built mobile-first, fast enough to pass Core Web Vitals, and handed over in a builder your team can run.
SEO and PPC — earning rankings for the practice areas you want more of, while paid search covers the gap organic takes months to close. Legal keywords are among the most expensive in advertising, which makes structure a budget decision.
Social media — the channel prospects check before they call. Consistent posting where your clients actually are, reviews arriving steadily, and everything inside your state bar’s advertising rules.
Web and mobile apps — client portals, intake tools and integrations, built when custom software is genuinely the answer and declined when it is not.

Anyone can describe themselves as a marketing partner. Fewer can point to the certifications that require an audit to obtain and ongoing performance to keep.
We are a registered Google Partner, which means our ad accounts are measured against Google’s own performance and spend standards rather than our marketing copy. We are a certified CallRail partner, so call tracking and attribution are set up by people the vendor has trained rather than configured from a help article.
We are also an Admitted Vendor with How To Manage a Small Law Firm, which matters if you are part of that community — it means we have been vetted by an organisation whose entire business is knowing which vendors actually deliver for law firms.
None of that guarantees results. It does mean the basics are unlikely to be wrong, which is more than can be said for a worrying share of this industry.
Firms often end up with a web developer, an SEO consultant, a PPC contractor and somebody’s nephew doing social. Each is measured on their own metric, none is accountable for the outcome, and the finger-pointing starts the moment enquiries dip.
We handle the site, the search work, the paid campaigns and the social under one roof, which removes the seams where things usually go wrong. The person writing the practice-area page knows which keyword it is meant to win. The person building the landing page knows which ad is pointing at it.
It also means one invoice, one point of contact, and one team that cannot blame another when something is not working.
You can still engage us for a single service. Most firms start that way. But the compounding shows up when the channels are pulling in the same direction.
We are not only an agency. We built and operate The Review Hero, a review generation and monitoring platform, and Law Tracer, a communication platform for attorneys and their clients.
That changes the advice we give. When we tell you review velocity matters, or that clients will use a portal if the notifications are reliable, it comes from running those products rather than from reading a case study about them.
It also means we live with the same problems we would be creating for you: app store review, security obligations around privileged material, the maintenance cost of software that has to keep working after launch.
Agencies that have never shipped and supported a product tend to underestimate all of it. We have the scars.
If a real share of your clients speak Spanish, translation cannot be an afterthought bolted onto an English site. A widget that machine-translates on the fly does not get indexed, wins nothing in search, and reads poorly enough to undercut trust.
We build Spanish as genuine pages with their own URLs, their own keyword research and correct hreflang, so both languages compete on their own merits. The phrase a client actually types in Spanish is frequently not the literal translation of the English one, and only the real phrase will rank.
We run our own site this way and manage bilingual work for firms serving Spanish-speaking communities across Texas and beyond.
Getting this wrong is expensive and quiet — the pages exist, they simply never appear for anything.
Most firms can see how much traffic they get. Far fewer can say which page produced the client who signed last Tuesday.
We set up tracking that follows the chain as far as the tooling allows: which channel produced the visit, which page produced the call, which call became a consultation. With CallRail in place, that chain holds together well enough to make budget decisions from.
The reason this matters is that traffic and revenue are frequently uncorrelated. A blog post pulling thousands of readers may produce nothing, while a modest practice-area page quietly produces the matters that pay for everything else. Without attribution you cannot tell them apart, so budget gets spread by guesswork.
We report on what connects to the business and we show you the numbers that did not go our way as well as the ones that did.
Attorney advertising is regulated, the rules vary by state, and most marketing agencies have never read them. Testimonials, claims about results, anything implying a guarantee, the required disclaimers — these are not stylistic preferences.
We default to the conservative reading and flag anything borderline rather than assuming. Where a state has specific requirements about disclaimers or record-keeping for advertisements, that shapes what we produce rather than being patched in afterwards.
This extends to social comment moderation, where members of the public will occasionally start describing the facts of their case in public. That is a problem for the firm, not just the commenter, and it needs handling promptly.
You know your bar’s rules better than we do. We build the process so that you get to apply them before anything is published, not after.
We will tell you when you do not need what you are asking for. Not every firm needs a rebuild — some need three new pages and a technical cleanup. Not every practice benefits from social. Not every idea justifies custom software when a configured product would do.
We will also tell you when a channel has stopped earning its budget, including when that means recommending you spend less with us.
This is not modesty. Agencies that say yes to everything end up with clients who eventually realise they were sold work rather than results, and those relationships end badly. The ones built on honest scoping run for years.
If we think a project is a bad idea, you will hear it before you have paid for it.
Ready to Stop Guessing?
Tell us which practice area you want more of, what you are spending now, and what you can and cannot see in your current reporting. That is usually enough for us to say something useful on the first call.
We will look at where you rank, what the firms above you are doing differently, and where your budget is going that it probably should not. If the honest answer is that you need less work than you thought, you will hear that.
